1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krovos Inc.'s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Krovos Inc.

2. Services Description

Krovos provides enterprise technology services including:

• AI & Automation solutions
• Custom Software Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• Managed IT Infrastructure
• Talent Solutions & Staffing
• Logistics Technology

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and personal information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and code created by Krovos are the exclusive property of Krovos Inc. unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us. We reserve the right to use any feedback or suggestions you provide without obligation.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. For larger projects, we offer milestone-based payments. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered through the termination date. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Limitation of Liability shall survive termination.

9. Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify our services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
